La Collina Community Development District Pool/Cabana Access Card

The La Collina CDD recently upgraded the controls system to access the pool/cabana area. Cards were only mailed to residents who had a registered key fob in the previous controls system. If you have not received your card or have recently purchased and closed on your home please contact Yolanda Ortega and she can assist you. Please contact district management with any questions.

Cabana/Recreational Facilities Updates

The LaCollina CDD is happy to announce that we are currently accepting reservations for rentals of the Cabana. The District will be requiring Covid-19 protocols with the rentals. The new rental agreement is available. As a reminder any community gatherings without a rental agreement in place are not permitted. All Cabana rentals/usage should be scheduled through Yolanda Ortega.

Please consult the cabana rental calendar below and then email districtamenityaccess@inframark.com to request your rental date. 

*Please note that even if your requested rental date appears to be available on the calendar, your rental is not reserved until you receive a confirmation email.
