Dear Residents,
We wanted to share a few quick community updates with you:
- Dog Park Tree Update: The large oak tree that’s been leaning in the dog park is scheduled for removal for safety reasons. We’re currently discussing ideas to keep the area shaded and enjoyable for everyone (especially our furry friends!).
- Amenity Center Access System: A new access system is being installed at the amenity center. More information will be shared soon in a separate communication. Rest assured—there will be no interruption to your current access cards.
- Palm Tree Trimming: Palm trimming is on the schedule and will be taking place in the near future to keep our landscape looking its best.
- Community Refresh: Pressure washing has been approved for the amenity areas and community monuments, giving everything a fresh, clean look as we head into the season.
